clearly you should already know my love for fresh 48’s, I mean it’s no secret – I absolutely love them.
but I won’t lie, it’s pretty uncommon for me to book JUST the fresh 48. it’s typically a maternity + fresh 48, or fresh 48 + newborn. but either way, I love capturing just real life in those first few hours after meeting your baby.
everyone is on such a post-birth high, it’s seriously the best!
and even better than that I get to squeeze in some fresh baby snuggles before I continue on with my day, so thank you in advance for letting my snuggle your baby. <3
but for real, these are the pictures I want you to look back on and just remember everything about those first few hours. I promise you’ll NEVER regret having those extra memories from the first few hours meeting your baby. They truly do change so quickly.
True story – I was on the fence about hiring a birth photographer for my last baby. I didn’t, because I suck at life and didn’t think I cared. My husband took those classic iPhone pictures, we moved on. Obviously I did his fresh 48 myself, and less than six months later my husband jumped in the pool with his phone. We lost every picture from his birth, the only thing I have from the time we were in the hospital are the fresh 48 pictures – don’t be stupid like me.
