remember that maternity session I posted a few weeks back?
well, here she is – Emmerson Rose. <3
we did one setup to honor the fact that she is a rainbow baby, and mom wanted pink for the rest. well, I busted out this gorgeous pink floral backdrop – at the time I had no idea her middle name was Rose – but how perfect is that?!
we wanted to add baby sister’s ashes in one of the setups, and I absolutely love how it turned out with the little bed and nightstand.
fun fact – she pooped all over that wood before I put her sister’s ashes there. and that my friends is the chance you take when you pose a naked baby, lol. it’s basically like playing russian roulette – but with baby poop.
luckily, after three kids of my own, on top of doing this for almost three years – I don’t mind a bit. it’s just one of the perks!
but, she’s absolutely perfect – and I just love all the setups we did. I feel like they were made just for her! & that’s the best part about hiring your own photographer versus using a commercial company, like JC Penny. Your setups are totally customized around your likes!
